Terms & Conditions
- Overloading or improper loading of the container resulting in a fine of any kind will be charged back to the customer.
 - Customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the container do not contain a Hazardous Substance and the customer agrees that it will be responsible for all costs and damages for the breach of this representation and warranty. The term “Hazardous Substance” means any contaminant pollutant, potentially dangerous substance, noxious substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, flammable material, explosive material, radioactive material, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos, PCBs and any other substances or materials declared or defined to be hazardous, toxic, a contaminant, or a pollutant in or pursuant to any applicable federal, provincial or municipal statutes, by-laws, regulations, orders or guidelines having the force of law.
 - Customer is reponsible for unloading if container is too heavy to lift, or is improperly loaded; which shall be at the sole discretion of Sustainable Waste Services Inc.
 - Sustainable Waste Services Inc. is not reponsible for any damage to the roadway or property during the placement of removal of the container.
 - Sustainable Waste Services Inc. will not place a bin on the road unless the customer has municipally issued permit prior to the delivery of the bin. Customer is responsible for any cost(s) incurred by placing the containers on the streets at the customer’s request. This includes but is not limited to towing, fines, impound charges and any legal fees associated therewith.
